Job Description
Licensed Property and Casualty Service Agent
Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Licensed Property and Casualty Service Agent to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to clients by assisting with policy inquiries and changes, endorsements, renewals, and claims on both Personal and Commercial Accounts. You will also educate clients on their coverage options and ensure their insurance needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Background: Creekside Insurance Advisors, Inc., a successful, comprehensive, independent insurance agency exceeding 15,000 existing individual clients and nearly 250 employer clients is growing rapidly and in need of additional agent staff.

Key Responsibilities
​

Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and general service inquiries.

Process endorsements, renewals, and cancellations accurately and in a timely manner.

Provide guidance on policy coverages, exclusions, and claims procedures.

Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring prompt and courteous responses.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and industry regulations.

Support the sales team by identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional coverages.

Ensure compliance with state and company regulations.

Document all client interactions and transactions in the agency management system.

Act as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers to resolve issues effectively.

Qualifications

Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (Preferred).

Prior experience in insurance customer service or account management (Preferred).

Strong knowledge of property and casualty insurance products and coverages (Preferred).

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in using insurance agency management systems and Google Workplace (Preferred).

High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
