Kim is a dedicated Receptionist and Customer Service Representative who ensures clients receive excellent support by scheduling appointments, answering questions, and acting as a liaison between clients and their agents. She finds fulfillment in making a difference by easing clients' stress and providing clarity during uncertain situations.
Outside of work, Kim enjoys staying busy with her three kids, reading, and spending time with friends and family. She also loves relaxing at coffee shops or visiting wineries.
