Job Summary: As a Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for developing and managing long-term relationships with clients by providing personalized financial guidance. This role involves assessing client goals, creating comprehensive plans, recommending investment solutions, investment management, and helping clients navigate life’s financial decisions.
Key Responsibilities:

Act in a Fiduciary capacity.

Build and manage a portfolio of clients through prospecting, networking, and referrals.

Assess client financial needs and objectives through in-depth consultations.

Educate clients on financial concepts, investment options, and economic trends.

Develop customized financial plans covering investment, retirement, insurance, tax, and estate planning strategies based on clients objectives, risk tolerance, and time horizon

Recommend and manage appropriate financial and/or insurance products and services.

Monitor client portfolios and adjust strategies based on market changes and client goals.

Evaluate clients insurance needs and refer to appropriate staff members.

Develop retirement savings strategies, including recommendations for employer-sponsored plans, 403b’s, IRA’s, and other retirement accounts.

Work with and refer estate attorneys as necessary.

Provide advice on tax-efficient strategies to minimize tax liabilities and coordinate with professionals, as necessary.

Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Continuously pursue education and certifications to enhance knowledge and service quality.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, accounting or a related field.

Successful completion of Series 65 with appropriate licenses prior to employment.

Candidate must obtain Life, Health and Annuity license, within 90 days of employment.

Basic understanding of taxes preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
